Attendance
It is our goal to strive for the best attendance for our children. Evidence shows us that there is a direct link between primary school attendance and how well a child does at GCSE. For a child to do their best, they must attend for a minimum of 95% each year (no more than 9 and a half days off in one academic year). We expect that many of our families will be far above this and even reaching 100%.
Therefore we very rarely authorise any term time absence, including extra days for travel around a school holiday.
If you believe that there are truly exceptional reasons for a term time absence, please complete this form: Exceptional Circumstances ONLY Term Time Absence
We have a strict attendance policy in order to support our families to maintain the best attendance:
Be Proud!
