Our Rules.

Our school rules are to there to protect you and the school.

We Expect:

bulletAll pupils to be courteous, polite and well mannered.
bulletPupils to help each other and to help others when asked.
bulletPupils to care for their school, its grounds and classrooms.
bulletPupils never to use bad language or to make fun of others.
bulletPupils to report bad behaviour and to help each other.
bulletPupils to move around the school sensibly, to come to assemblies
quietly, never to run in the corridors or to shout and disturb others.

In our classrooms we will:

bulletLook after the equipment.
bulletMake sure the room is tidy, books are cared for and equipment always put back in the correct place after use.
bulletMake sure computers are never covered in paper and junk, they are properly used, shut down and covered after use.
bulletCheck that your work, trays and class is always tidy
bulletMake sure that any visitor would see you care for your class.
bulletWork hard, teachers will expect you to reach the highest standards possible. Be sensible, well mannered, sharing your ideas and waiting for your turn to answer. Be on our best behaviour to show any visitor just how excellent we are.

At playtime:

bulletYou will be careful of other children around you.
bulletWhen playing games you will think of others and share the playground sensibly.
bulletYou will never fight or pretend to play-fight as your friends and other children will be hurt.
bulletSwearing or name-calling is never acceptable.
bulletThe rules for ball games will be followed to help everyone enjoy their playtime.
bulletOur rules are to help you get on, to care for the school, to care for other children and to be protected from harm.
bulletEveryone has to follow the rules, there are no excuses and the rules are fair and sensible.
bulletYour School Council can talk to Mr Neale over issues you want to talk about. Mr Neale will then talk to the Teachers and the other staff and come back to the School Council
