BP continues with its own programme of school journeys. We take years 5 & 6 to Arran in Scotland and to the National Watersports Centre at Plas Menai Wales.
Both sites are well known to the school.
Our aim is to get the children out into the country, to walk and to experience the beauty and history of our unique country and to experience sports and activities they might not normally encounter.
Here are just a few pictures of our last trip to Arran.
We had an evening Celidh and continued our links with the Arran Coastguard, seen here rescuing two of our parents.
We take 10 adults with us, past and present parents and teachers.
