Complaints (Curriculum)

It is very rare to have a formal complaint over the curriculum in school. Our open door policy and our approach to parents provide an accessible contact over any concerns or difficulties that can arise over the curriculum and other issues. In the event that a formal approach to a concern is necessary the first point of reference for parents is the class teacher and then the headteacher if the difficulty is not resolved. Should the difficulty require further investigation then it will be placed before a panel of the school governors specially convened with appropriate remit to deal with the problem. More detailed guidance is available on this issue from the school office.
